Is your partner away? Are you dreading to cook? Well, I recently came back to Melbourne and am currently living alone. I am blessed with a partner who can cook very well. Unfortunately, because she always does the cooking, i have never cooked before in my life. so? What can i do? i will share really simple recipe with you. after all, it's much cheaper cooking at home then eating outsite.
first of foremost, your diet has to be right. without vegetable - trust me, you wont be able to go to the toilet at all. well i am a person that puts going to toilet as a number one priority everyday.
Recipe 1
Cook some rice - if you do not have a rice cooker, boil the rice in a pot. either that, get those instant rice from safeway or coles
put oil in ur pan.
once the oil is hot, throw in some chop garlic
once ur garlic turn brown, add some sesame oil, soy sauce and dark sauce.
mix the rice until the brown is even
if you like, chop some onion and put an egg in the rice.
simple isnt it? i am not a cook but i tried it.. not bad... if it's not salty enough - add more soy sauce
ingredient
soy sauce
sesame oil
garlic
onion
an egg
rice
dark sauce

hi thanks for coming by my blog. to make good fried rice, you'll need to use cooked rice that has been left in the fridge over night. this way your rice won't clump up and each grain will be separated.
